Senior Marketing Executive (Tech Industry Focus)

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Marketing & Content Marketing:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
    • Craft engaging and informative content (blog posts, articles, white papers, etc.) that showcases our IT expertise and services, aligned with the marketing funnel stages (awareness, consideration, decision).
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and tailor content that resonates with our target audience at each stage of the marketing funnel.
    • Gain a deep understanding of our target market and their needs at different stages of the buyer journey.
  • Content Management:
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality content for our website and social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT department) to ensure content accuracy and technical expertise.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand engagement and audience growth, aligned with the marketing funnel.
    • Create and schedule engaging social media content (posts, videos, infographics) across relevant platforms, targeting different funnel stages.
    • Utilize social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Marketing Asset Creation:
    • Develop compelling marketing materials, including videos, brochures, presentations, and other collateral, to showcase our services and expertise.
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing funnel stages and the ability to create relevant assets for each stage (e.g., awareness-building infographics, consideration-stage case studies, decision-making white papers).
    • Ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with our brand messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Experience creating engaging video content (a plus).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and informative marketing materials.
  • Proficient in social media marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and market sophistication.
  • Ability to map marketing assets and content to different stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
