Projects we have built.
Dazpay: wallet and payments core
CLIENT Dazpay, a mobile-money wallet for DR Congo, in Congolese francs and US dollars.
Built 2026A wallet where an operator’s funding is the only way money enters, so the books must prove themselves to a regulator, an auditor or a customer.
We proved the core in a three-day measured trial, then built the wallet app, operator console and payments engine. In testing it sustained 1,000 payments a second with every account reconciled to the cent, and no change can ship if the books don’t balance.
Cerebro
CLIENT Cerebro, an investment-intelligence company in Singapore.
Delivered 2025Investors needed one place to track and trade digital assets across dozens of blockchains and exchanges.
Four production systems, including a mobile wallet and a trading product that places real orders on a digital-asset exchange and settles creator fees on-chain through a contract backed by 95 tests.
Dazway: reseller marketplace payouts
CLIENT Dazway, a marketplace for airtime and gift cards across Africa.
Built 2026, pre-launchResellers sell airtime and vouchers that can’t be recalled once delivered, across countries and currencies.
Payment-to-delivery with safe retries, and reseller commissions calculated on true cost, held, batched and paid out seller by seller.
Architecture first, then a running system.
A licensing adviser or compliance firm? We turn your client’s licence conditions into working systems.
Technical plan
Our senior architects study your payment flows, licence conditions and targets and write the plan: what to build, how it fits what you have, the risks, the timeline.
Prototype
A working slice of the core on your own payment flows, measured under load, so every decision in the plan is confirmed before the build.
Build
Three to four months, tested against the targets you’re measured on.
Run
We host, monitor, fix and update it for as long as the system is in service.
Hosted where your regulator requires.
In the right place
Customer data stays in the country or cloud your regulator expects, and every access by our team is logged.
Audit rights in the contract
You and your regulator can audit our work, and anyone we rely on.
Incidents reported within the hour
If something fails, you hear from us within an hour, with a full cause report after.
Security terms in writing
Each proposal sets out who can access what, what is logged, and how data is handled.
Frequently asked questions
Can we start with an MVP?
Yes. Most platforms launch with a focused first release, built on a ledger that won’t need replacing as you grow.
Can you help us answer a regulator’s findings?
Yes. We turn findings and licence conditions into working controls, such as monitoring for suspicious payments and customer risk ratings.
Should we buy a core banking platform instead?
If you’re a bank, often yes. For a wallet or payment licensee, a ledger we build and run for you is usually the better fit, and you own it.
Can you work with our existing banks and payment providers?
Yes. We integrate with the providers you already use, and can add routing between them.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We learn how it works today before changing anything, so service continues throughout.
Who owns the code?
You do: the code, the designs and the documentation.
Where is your team based?
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Your architect leads kickoff in person, and every system is documented for handover.
